Fullplan (“the app”, “we”) is an AI-powered travel companion app. This page explains what data the app handles, why, and where it goes. We don’t require an account or login, and we don’t sell your data.
The following never leaves your phone and is not uploaded to any server:
You can permanently delete all of this at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete all data.
To generate AI responses, the following features send data to our backend, which forwards it to Anthropic (Claude) or Groq (Llama) for processing, and is not stored by us afterward beyond what’s needed to return a response:
Location is obtained via your device’s GPS only when you actively use a location-based feature (Map, AI tour guide, daily tip), and is used to look up nearby places, weather, or your city name. We do not track or store a location history.
To support the invite-a-friend feature, the app generates an anonymous device identifier (not tied to your name or contact details) and sends it to our server along with your referral count, so we can credit rewards correctly.
Daily tip and calendar-reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device using iOS/Android’s native notification system. We do not use a push-notification server.
Fullplan does not show ads and does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Fullplan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
